Venue Access & Conduct

• Funation reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any guest behaving unsafely, abusively, or in a way that disrupts others.

• Appropriate footwear and clothing may be required for certain attractions.

• Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. Funation is not liable for lost or stolen items.

Age, Supervision & Safety

Some attractions have minimum height, age, or health requirements. Guests must comply with all ride and activity restrictions.

Children must be supervised by a responsible adult unless otherwise stated for a specific activity or package.

Participation in activities is at your own risk. Funation is not responsible for injury resulting from failure to follow safety instructions.

Bookings, Tickets & Payments

• Bookings, packages, and ticket prices are subject to availability and may change without prior notice.

• Confirmed bookings may require advance payment or deposit as communicated at the time of booking.

• Refunds, rescheduling, and cancellations are handled according to the package or promotion terms provided at purchase.

• Funation may cancel or modify operating hours due to maintenance, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond our control.

Parties, Events & Group Visits

Special event bookings, birthday parties, and school trips are subject to separate package terms, headcount minimums, and timing requirements communicated during booking.

Decorations, outside food, or third-party vendors may require prior approval.
